This sale offers a wide array of fine estate items that include Chinese ceramics, jades, bronzes, estate jewelry, and other interesting objects. The items include jewelry pieces from an Important collection that was brought out of Hong Kong by the family c1950. The sale also includes several choice examples from our dear friend the late Chinese art scholar and collector Mr.Pao. Mr. Pao was internationally known and highly regarded as a knowledgeable Chinese art scholar, collector and dealer with a passion for Ming and pre-Ming ceramics. Mr.Pao owned a high-end Chinese art gallery that was within the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto.

We do not know a great deal about these examples ourselves. We are told they are very early pre-Columbian examples. The stone and pottery pieces are well worth looking into. The figures came with solid metal stands which we presume were quite expensive to have made and will be included. This unique group of five early pre-Columbian examples are being offered Without Reserve!

Condition: The Lot is in fine Estate Fresh condition with no damage or repairs. Showing only minor signs of wear consistent with age.

Size: The Largest measures 7 inches tall on the stand, the Head alone measures 4 inches tall by 4 inches wide. The Chicken Head measures 5-1/2 inches tall on the stand, the Head alone measures 2-1/4 inches long by 1-3/4 inches wide.
