This is a "Dramatic Card" titled "Miracle Tag!" from the *Miracle Battle Carddass* series.

It is a promotional card that was not sold in stores but was distributed as a bonus with *V-Jump* magazine around 2013 or 2014.

It features characters from *Dragon Ball*, *One Piece*, *Naruto*, *Bleach*, *Hunter x Hunter*, *Gintama*, and *Toriko* all gathered together.
