Shipping

We aim to ship all purchases within 24hours of cleared payment. The watch/accessory will be shipped from our secure offsite facility to either your Ebay address or the authenticator. We will keep you updated throughout the process via Ebay. 

Overseas 

Overseas Shipping is available via Ebay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP) - please note that if an item is being shipped outside the UK any customs, handling or brokerage charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. NO returns will be accepted from Overseas.

Returns - UK Only

a. We accept returns within 14 days of the item arriving with you. We will use the tracking details for the parcel to determine this date

b. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and stated in the listing including the Authentication security strap packaging (where applicable).

c. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when sold (including the authentication packaging), we will converse with eBay and may only offer a partial refund or no refund at all

d. The customer is liable for all return postage costs and we do not accept any liability whilst in transit to us
