SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two to Five days after dispatch (for orders sent Royal Mail or Hermes).  Delivery prices are only for Mainland UK.

RETURNS

As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorization, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.

Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund butthey must cover return postage costs.

For all returns authorizations please contact us via eBay messaging and state the reason for return.

In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after 15 working days (21 days for International orders.
