Payment & Shipping Policy
  1. All orders will be shipped out in 1–3 business days once payment clears.
  2. We only ship to the verified address saved on your eBay account. Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Address revisions must be notified to us before dispatch. We won’t process refunds caused by invalid, incomplete or wrong delivery addresses provided by buyers.
  3. Full payment shall be finished within 7 calendar days after purchase. Unpaid orders will trigger eBay’s automatic unpaid reminder and may be canceled afterward.
  4. Standard shipping includes full end-to-end tracking; you can track the parcel’s transit status online anytime. Kindly wait patiently and message us for support if your package is held up.
  5. Import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees are not covered in item price or shipping cost. All customs-related charges fall on the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations for applicable fees prior to purchasing.


Warranty & Return Terms
  1. Everything is fully tested and 100% working before packing and shipment. We strictly inspect appearance and function to guarantee normal use.
  2. We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the package.If the item is defective, damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping cost.After we receive and inspect the returned unit, we will send a replacement if stock is available; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
  3. For personal reason returns (changed mind, no longer needed), buyer is responsible for return postage.Please make sure the returned item is in original condition with all original accessories and packaging intact.
