​Up for sale is a beautiful vintage wooden trinket box, crafted in a classic Eastern European (likely Polish or Russian) folk art style. This rectangular keepsake box features intricate pyrography (wood-burned) borders and detailing, beautifully complemented by hand-painted accents in vibrant shades of red, green, orange, and teal.
​The lid showcases a stunning central geometric mandorla or floral motif, bordered by highly detailed textured stamping. The sides are wrapped in a continuous wood-burned repeating braided pattern with colorful inlay-style hand-painted details.
​Open the lid to find a clean, vibrant red felt-lined interior on both the base and lid, perfect for protecting jewelry, crystals, tarot cards, or small mementos. The underside of the base is also fully covered in a matching red felt layer to prevent scratching on delicate tabletops or vanities.
