This 18th century Chinese Export Qianlong period porcelain plate decorated in underglaze blue features a plum blossom and bird motif. In Chinese ceramic art, particularly blue and white porcelain from the Qing Dynasties, such floral motifs often represent the "Four Seasons" flowers: lotus (summer), peony (spring), chrysanthemum (autumn), and plum blossom or peach blossom (winter).

The wide rim is decorated with floral sprays that rotate around the edge under a geometric edge.

The plate measures approximately 9 1/8 inches in diameter, a 5 inch unglazed foot and .75 inches from the table. The plate has fritting and small chips to rim as shown in photos. Otherwise, no cracks or restoration observed.
