Fully disassembled, overhauled, and confirmed working. A vintage dunhill Rollagas silver lighter, carefully serviced for reliable everyday use.

Service performed:

Full strip-down clean, polishing, and ultrasonic cleaning

FKM heat-resistant O-rings (x3) replaced with new parts

Gas stopper packing replaced with a new part

Dedicated gas filter replaced with a new part

Fluorine grease applied

Gas-tightness (leak) test carried out

Surface fluorine coating applied

→ A fully overhauled, fully working piece.

Condition

Vintage. As expected for its age there are minor scuffs and small scratches, but the half-mirror hairline finish remains in relatively good condition. The ignition area is clean, use appears light, and both the mechanism and exterior are in good working order. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing. Lighter body only — accessories are limited to those shown in the photos.
