Description - Delightful Edward VII solid silver cased boudoir carriage clock, the case having a hammered/planished finish with a hinged rear door, hinged folding handle, raised on four bun feet and with bright interior silver-gilt with a brass clock movement

made by renowned silversmiths Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd.

Fully hallmarked with leopards head for London assay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid silver, date letter "k" for the year 1905 and the maker's mark "G & S Co LTD" which is Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd.

Condition - The silver casing is in very good condition, just a couple of dings to the rear door, hard to notice

the face has fracturing from the centre spreading outward

clock movement is visually clean but is not working, the movement runs few seconds only when the winder is turned for a but stops and doesn't wind down, the spring seems fully wound.
