1960s Vintage Barbie #949 Stormy Weather Hello Rain Jacket Set Boot Hat Umbrella. Boots are dirty and have marks, unsure where the tassle goes, belt has pulls and marks and is dull. The umbrella is bent and has some marks. Hat isn't vibrant and jacket is dull. I feel like everything would do good with a nice wash
