in excellent condition and very functional, but the zipper nub is gone so I put 'good'. The magnet closure interior and clasp pocket are still plenty of carrying capacity, and a top of the line full-grain leather piece has plenty of value and cache without a zipper, though I will send the tab along in case you'd like to repair it.
