• We lovingly wrap and ship items in reused boxes whenever possible to reduce waste. Clothing and plush items may be shipped in poly mailers.

• Orders are shipped every other business day once payment is received. We do not ship on Saturdays.

• We’re happy to combine shipping! For Buy It Now items, any shipping overages will be refunded once your order is packed.

• Have a special request? Let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate it at the buyer’s expense.
