This is the Non-Glossy version of Jigglypuff No.039, originally included as a bonus card with the Japanese guide book “Sugu Wakaru Pokémon Card no Asobikata”, released on November 30, 1996.
Many collectors know another promotional version of this same artwork—the Glossy CoroCoro Comic Promo. Although the artwork is the same, these are two different promotional releases, each with its own distribution method and print finish.
The Guide Book version features a non-glossy finish, while the CoroCoro Comic version has a glossy finish because it was distributed as a peel-off promotional card.
