Standard transit time for orders to the US is about 7–12 days.

Due to limited service coverage of local post offices in some countries, full real-time tracking will not be available (we will still provide a valid tracking number). Only the departure record from Hong Kong can be viewed, and buyers need to follow up on logistics with the local post office in such cases.

All import duties, customs clearance fees and related taxes incurred upon arrival are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

Return & Warranty Policy
