This 45rpm is by R&B singer Roy Brown and his vocal group The Meltones. They sing a nice R&B ballad "How Can I Live Without You" backed by "Tell It Like It Is". It was released on Specialty Records 538 in 1955. Vinyl grades at G++ and the labels have some soiling.
