This is a vintage MCM teenage girl ceramic figurine.  Relatively hard to find. She is wearing a polka dot hoodie and carrying a brown bag / basket.  Believe by Sonsco, Japan but is missing brand sticker, does have Japan label.

Saw no chips / cracks or crazing.
