ALL these collectible OMI BULLETINS are many years old, and it should be expected that they show signs of wear; Including: Slight fading or dis-colorization, slight staining, crinkling at the stapled edge, and slight ink transfer from stacked other editions. There are no price lists. I HAVE CREATED A RATING SCALE FROM 0-10, 10 BEING PRISTINE (none of this collection have received a rating of 10, but there are many rated at 9)  ALL of the stapled editions are solidly bound, and show no signs of coming apart. MOST EDITIONS CONTAIN PRIMARILY HO MODELS. THE REAR OF PUBLICATION CONTAINS LESS FREQUENT MENTION OF 0 AND N SCALES.

SHIPPING: Shipping will be via the least expensive USPS MEDIA MAIL rate. Shipping supplies are scant on the Big Island. I have padded envelopes that hold a single edition, and will be charged 3.50 additional in postage. I have larger padded envelopes that will accommodate multiple editions, but cannot exceed 1 lb. to qualify for the USPS MEDIA MAIL rate. The cost of the large padded envelope can not be justified for just 2 editions. Purchasing two editions will be shipped separately, requiring 2 $3.50 postal charges. Multiple purchases will be shipped in the larger padded envelope for a single calculated charge, again, USPS MEDIA MAIL rates. ALL USPS rates are the same to and from Hawaii as any two mainland destinations.
