Brand new with tags. I have not opened it as I can tell by the way it is folded that is has never been unfurled. I would never be able to get it as neat folded as it is now.

I post on Wednesdays & Saturdays, any order recieved after 6pm on Tues will be posted the following Saturday,  any order after 6pm Fri will be posted the following Wednesday
