It is forbidden to send coins to the new border with the USA, nor to the margins of the Rio Bravo without a permit from the frontier government, where it shows the corresponding taxes have been paid. The same applies for coasts and harbors. Only authorized ports can be used.
Infractors will loose their money, their horses and carriages and face 3 to 6 years of jail
