Vintage 1970's does the 40's Novelty Print Short Dress by Rhonda Harness & Karen Alexander of Foxy Lady San Francisco.

I believe the dress dates to 1972.

Sleeves are lightly gathered at shoulders and are cuffed at sleeve opening with a cute keyhole opening
