This vibrant vintage ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1992. The ring front is set with an oval, facetted, natural fire opal in a sparkly and vivid orange shade.

The ring is a UK size L / US size 5.5

The fire opal itself, excluding the gold mount, measures 8mm x 6mm and the ring weighs 2.1g

The inside of the ring shank is stamped with a crown and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1992. There is also a maker’s mark.

This vintage ring is 34 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just the lightest signs of age / general wear.
