We received this from a consultant and she said it was new even though the bag was open. There are some scratches on the templates.  There is an area on the front of the binder that shows an indentation. See pictures.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. We will issue a refund contingent upon the safe return of the item in the same condition as it was shipped in, including remaining sealed inside any original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shippng costs.
