Bishop: [puzzled by Ripley's reaction towards him] Is there a problem?
Burke: I'm sorry. I don't know why I didn't even... Ripley's last trip out, the syn- the artificial person malfunctioned.
Ripley: "Malfunctioned"?
Burke: There were problems and a-a few deaths were involved.
Bishop: I'm shocked. Was it an older model?
Burke: Yeah, the Hyperdyne Systems 120-A2.
Bishop: Well, that explains it then. The A2s always were a bit twitchy. That could never happen now with our behavioral inhibitors. It is impossible for me to harm or by omission of action, allow to be harmed, a human being.
The production budget was $19 million with a global return of $183 million.
Decades after surviving a terrifying alien encounter, Ellen Ripley agrees to accompany a heavily armed squad of Colonial Marines to the exomoon LV-426 when communications are lost with a human colony. They find the settlement overrun by parasitic Xenomorphs, and Ripley must step up to protect a young orphaned survivor named Newt while battling the creatures.

Original Studio-Issued 35 mm Colour Slide – A Genuine Piece of Movie History
This original 35 mm colour slide was produced and distributed as part of a film's promotional campaign and is an authentic piece of cinema history. Unlike modern reproductions, this is an original photographic transparency from the period of the film's release. Many of these slides were supplied to cinemas, distributors, exhibitors, and members of the media for promotional purposes.
Surviving examples are becoming increasingly difficult to find. The image displays the rich colour, sharp detail, and photographic quality that only an original transparency can provide. Whether retained as a collectible, archived in a film memorabilia collection, or used to create a custom photographic print, this slide offers a unique connection to the movie industry.
Only one original slide is available, together with a photographic proof. Once sold, it is gone.
A local photographic laboratory can produce prints in a wide range of sizes to suit individual display requirements, from desktop presentation through to large-format framing. This slide comes from my own collection assembled over many years whilst owning and operating four movie memorabilia stores and a specialized framing warehouse. Through long-standing relationships with Australian film distributors, I acquired many original promotional items that are now rarely encountered. 35mm slides are a thing of the past; studio marketing is now entirely digital, and even one-sheet movie posters are becoming rarities as studios have largely gone digital, making them easy to display on monitors throughout cinemas. Progress, change is inevitable, ironically making the slides even more collectible. And a true 'blast from the past'.
Please note: This item is sold as an original collectible transparency. No copyright or reproduction rights are given or implied
