This is a highly popular and rare "Old Back" (original card back design) promo card that was distributed as a bonus with the program for the 1999 movie *Pokémon: The Movie 2000* (featuring the Legendary Pokémon Lugia).

Features of the "Early Error Version" (missing 'n'):

"Nintedo" spelling: In the copyright section at the bottom of the card, the word "Nintendo" is misspelled as "Nintedo" due to a missing "n".
