Up for sale is a fantastic piece of early apothecary history: an antique Rexall Seidlitz Powders tin.
This empty metal tin originally held 12 full-weight powders and features the classic blue Rexall logo alongside striking red lettering.
The label notes it was manufactured by the United Drug Co. out of Boston, Mass., and references the historic Food and Drugs Act of June 30, 1906 (Serial No. 238).

The original paper label on the lid has discoloration, staining, and some peeling and tearing around the edges and corners.
