"The Knicker: The Boy's Own Magazine was a small promotional comic published primarily from 1927–1929. Measuring about 4 × 7 inches with 8 black-and-white pages, it combined comic adventures starring Tim, a fictional boy, with advertisements for boys' knicker suits. Early issues carried the subtitle The Boy's Own Magazine, while later editions added the slogan "Official for Pie Eaters." Known issues include November 1927, April 1928, and several from 1929, making them collectible today.
