3. Customs & Import Taxes

EU/UK Buyers: 

VAT and import duties are NOT included. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any taxes.

Refusing customs clearance will result in no refund or reshipment.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for significant condition discrepancies.

Buyers must contact me within 30 days and provide a clear unboxing video as evidence.

A full refund will be issued once the card is returned in its original shipped condition.
