A New Hall Boumier Ware wall plate / charger with a tube lined design of daffodils and tulips, hand painted in polychrome enamels on a black ground with gilt highlighting to the rim, the edge signed in the mould 'L. Boullemier', the rear with the 'New Hall / Lucien Boullemier' backstamp and the hand painted decorators mark, circa late 1930s
Condition : Good vintage condition with no damage, expected light rubbing to the gilt edge highlighting and a small area of very minor surface scratching - please see all 14 photos below (message me if you require additional photos / info, etc).
