Operation
1.Clean the skin to be scraped.
2.Apply essential oil evenly to it.
3.Scrape skin repeatedly in a fixed direction.
4.Wait some time to calm the skin.

Caution

• Before scraping, be sure to apply lubricating medium first, otherwise your skin will get hurt.
• During scraping, keep the body warm and avoid exposure to wind.
• Scraping should always go in the same direction, not back and forth.
• For face, move the plate on it with upward motions; for neck and below, move the plate with downward motions.
• After scraping, drink a cup of warm water, and do not take a shower within 1 day to avoid infection.
