Antique unknotted coral bead necklace strung on silk, featuring graduated beads in dark salmon tones and a marked 9K Yellow Gold slide clasp. Each bead is hand shaped and slightly irregular with some natural pitting or uneven surface.

The necklace measures approximately 18.5 inches long (including clasp). The coral beads measure from approximately 10.6mm to 3.5mm in diameter. The necklace weighs in total approximately 20.3 grams. The slide clasp acid tests as 9K Yellow Gold and contains a very worn hallmark. I note that the age and integrity of the silk string is unknown, and while it appears to be fine, the necklace may at some point need to be restrung.
