We offer 30 day free returns for any reason, no questions asked.

I want my money back, what do I do?

Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 30 days for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship via FREE USPS Delivery from Crown Point, Indiana within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 2 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

USPS Delivery default shipping is FREE! We offer UPS 2 Day Shipping for additional $10 surcharge.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to to sell internationally to the countries served by the eBay International Shipping program.

What is and is not included in my order?

Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?

Yes, we can include images for specific devices upon request. For individual items, images shown are of actual device.

Can you send me the IMEI of a device?

Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
