VINTAGE DETECTO HARDWARE STORE COUNTER DOUBLE FACED 20 LBS  SCALE (Please Read). The scale doesn't appear to move and the weight needle doesn't appear to move. Not sure if its just rusty on the inside and needs oil/ lubrication? Either way I think it will display well. Please see the pictures for the condition and for the measurements.
