Fluorescent (Ray) Discrete with Red, Green and Blue Screen Glow - ILD-3-K/L/S. They are manufactured by the Saratov PO "Reflector".
In essence, this is a small-sized picture tube, but the spotlight does not have a focusing electrode. In order to defocus the beam for uniform glow of the entire screen, voltage with a negative potential is applied to the first anode. These indicators are quite high-voltage - 6 kilovolts are required on the second anode, 6.3 volts on the heating, the heating current is 100 mA. The base of these indicators is borrowed from color and projection picture tubes.
