Susanah Stafford sister of Sarah  Dobson & Daughters of the late James Jobson  & her husbands name appears on the second sale document dated 1888.

1856  & 1858 the land was sold the Jobson family  appear on the Scedule of Deeds upto 1889 named Joseph Jobson on the envelope.

Elwick Farm was sold in 1915 & Manor Farm was bought in 1916.

2 sales cataloges with maps.

Both Farms are close by  & all once owned by the jobson Family.

Manor Farm at least until 1995 Official Farm documents & envelope dated & marked Jobson Farm .

Elwick Farm & land was separated pre 1960s & possibly earlier. The Farm House & some of the buildings across from the green in Elwick have been separated & converted.

A corn Mill  was also located on the land.Elwick Farm.

Checks made out by Jobson are dared 1908.
