We may cancel an unpaid item in 2 days. The items will be canceled automatically after 2 days unless we make prior arrangements and the buyer will get an unpaid buyers strike. So please be careful about eBay new cancellation policy, and pay all the auctions on time.

Shipping cost will include shipping insurance and will be professionally packaged for shipping.

Please be aware that the card holder may contain manufacturing defects, including but not limited to surface scratches and minor inner cracks. We are exempt from liability for those types of manufacturing defects.

3. Items will be shipped from USA, and the delivery time depends on the destination's customs, logistics, and other influencing factors.

4. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and paying taxes when the goods arrive at the destination customs. Any "item not received" or "refund request" due to the buyer's refusal to clear customs will not be accepted. Import duties and other additional charges at the destination are not included in the item price.
