Vintage 70's Kutani Hand Painted Dinner Plate Mt. Fuji Lake View Gold Trim made in Japan. 

Condition is "Used", very good, no chips or cracks. 

It has seal script generic Kaku (square) style version of "Kutani" on the bottom. Experts say it could be probably 1960's or 1970's.
