Korg M1 LCD Replacement High Brightness Black Negative LED Display Module
Korg M1 Replacement LCD Display – High Brightness Black Negative LED Backlight
About the Korg M1 The Korg M1 is one of the most iconic music workstation synthesizers ever made, released in 1988 and used on countless recordings and stages worldwide. A common issue with aging M1 units is a dim or failing original LCD display. This replacement module provides a dramatic upgrade with a high-brightness black negative-display LED backlit LCD — delivering crisp white characters on a deep black background.
⚠️ Important: Compatibility Notice This module is designed exclusively for the Korg M1 synthesizer (keyboard version). It is NOT compatible with the Korg M1R or M1R EX rack-mount units.
Product Description This is a brand-new LCD replacement module pre-adjusted specifically for the Korg M1. As shown in Photos 1 and 2, the black negative-display LED backlight produces vivid white characters against a dark background — excellent readability on stage and in dimly lit studio environments.
