This is a P.H. Hanes & Co. Mammoth Tobacco Works Glass Advertising Paperweight featuring an image of the factory in Winston, N.C.

It is a hand- blown white bottom glass dome that typically measures 1.75 inches high and 3 inches in  diameter.

The item dates to the late 19th century,  before the Hanes brothers  sold their tobacco business  in the 1890s to the American Tobacco Company .
