This doll was only removed from her box to view. Her arms seem slightly loose to me when down but they hold in up position and up halfway/all the way when out to her sides. My knowledge on these dolls is very limited &  I know very little on how they are supposed to work so please feel free to message me with any questions :) Her box has some wear.
