This listing is for a bundled set of the DER EE DE-5000 portable LCR meter and dedicated accessories.

The DE-5000 is a handheld LCR meter for measuring inductance, capacitance and resistance. It features automatic L/C/R selection, selectable test frequencies of 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz, dual 20,000 / 2,000 count display, series/parallel modes, relative mode, component sorting function, and measurement of D, Q, phase angle ΞΈ, ESR and DCR.

Accessory Details

The TL-21 test lead is designed for the DE-5000 and allows 4-terminal Kelvin measurement of larger components.

The TL-22 SMD tweezer probe is designed for chip and SMD components and supports 4-terminal Kelvin measurement.

The TL-23 guard lead is used with the guard terminal for high-impedance measurements.

The USB interface module attaches to the DE-5000 infrared communication port and sends measurement data to a Windows PC via USB. The included software CD is for Windows PC use.

The dedicated AC adapter is a DC 9V adapter for the DE-5000. When using the AC adapter, the DE-5000 automatic power-off function can be disabled.

The carrying case is designed to store the DE-5000 and its dedicated accessories together.

Important Notes

Please perform open/short calibration before precision measurements, especially when measuring very high or very low impedance components.

The AC adapter is a Japanese retail accessory. Depending on your country or region, a plug adapter may be required.

The shape and model number of the AC adapter may vary by production lot. Also, depending on the adapter shape, it may not fit perfectly in the case.

The software is supplied on CD-ROM. Please make sure your PC environment can use CD-ROM software.
