DISCLAIMER - As of May 6, 2026, if you are an international customer (not in the United States) and you use a separate shipping company not associated with eBay, we will not be able to guarantee  the item will arrive safely and will not accept damaged returns or refunds (full or partial).  This is due the fact that these companies, which are located in the United States, open the boxes to check the merchandise and repack.  They then send the package to the international customer.  In some cases, they pack in a much less secure manner than we pack and there is a chance for breakage.  Thus, it is out of our control and not our responsibility.  This does not include eBay Global, eBay Standard International or USPS First Class set packages, which are eBay sanctioned services.
