Yellow spine pictorial boards with the dramatic dark cover art showing Nancy and her friends in a tangled forest. The endpapers feature the later oval portrait-style illustration of Nancy, which replaced the earlier multi-scene vignette style and is specific to printings from this era. Hardcover, no dust jacket.
