Dark indigo with a marbled stonewash that sits evenly over the whole pair, so the cloudy flecking is the finish, not wear at the thighs and knees. These are Wrangler Cowboy Cuts: a straight leg, copper rivets at the pocket corners, a zip fly under a copper shank button stamped with the Wrangler script, and the W stitched across both back pockets. A black woven label with gold script sits on the back yoke, and a tan pebbled patch on the right back pocket.
13MWZ is the style number Wrangler gave the Cowboy Cut when it introduced the jean in 1947. The care tag inside reads Wrangler 13MWZNF, 35 X 32, 100% cotton, made in USA.
Inseam: 32" per the tag. Happy to lay them flat and tape the rest for you. Message me and I'll lay them flat and measure the waist, rise and leg opening.
Very Good - a small tuft of pale frayed thread sits at the end of the waistband buttonhole, with a short thread end on the waistband edge nearby. There's a short loose white thread at the inner top corner of the right back pocket, dark thread ends at the tops of the back belt loops, and a small pale greyish spot on the back of the right thigh below the pocket, which may be lint. The care tag has yellowed, the serged edge beside it is fuzzy, and light fold creases cross the lower legs. No holes, tears, stains or repairs; the hems, rivets, button, patch and label are all intact.
Happy to tape the waist and rise, or photograph anything up close. Just send a message.
