Large Mid Century optic glass comport, made from Alexandrite or Neodymium glass in the region of Empoli, Italy.

Likely made by Stelvia but unconfirmed.

It is 28cm in height and 22cm in diameter and weighs 1.5kg.

Alexandrite or Neodymium glass changes colour from lilac pink in natural light to smoky blue under fluorescent light.

Excellent, like new condition, no chips, cracks or other wear. One small glass gather as made, light age wear to base. See photos as part of condition description.
