Released in 1973 on the A&M label, I am offering today this original rare UK white label test pressing of this classic album from BYZANTIUM which is titled "SEASONS CHANGING". The vinyl is in clean excellent condition and plays through well with no sticks or skips etc. These white labels play much better than the regular stock copies with much richer audio 

TEST PRESSINGS, AS SOME MIGHT NOT KNOW, WERE MADE TO TRY OUT THE STAMPERS OF RECORDS AT THE PRESSING PLANT PRIOR TO FULL PRODUCTION AND WERE MADE IN VERY SMALL QUANTITY, USUALLY 10 OR MUCH LESS. THESE WOULD THEN BE HANDED TO THE BAND,THEIR AGENT,THE PRODUCER OF THE RECORD ETC TO TEST PLAY THE VINYL DISCS FOR QUALITY CONTROL PURPOSES. OCCASIONALLY THEY WOULD FIND THAT THE MIX OF A PARTICULAR TRACK WAS OUT, OR THE THEY WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE TRACK LISTING, AND THEN NEW PRESSINGS WOULD HAVE TO BE MADE UNTIL EVERYONE WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME.

The album comes complete with its original generic white inner sleeve which is in very good condition, Clean with no splits but  has the cat number written in the top corner in ink and the artist and year written in pencil.

I have just played this through for these listing purposes and the album plays well with excellent audio with absolutely no sticks or skips or surface noise etc.
