Specialised Crimping Pliers Wedge Hydraulic Pliers with Hooks Crimp Wires
1. Introduction
The JXL series Amp line clamps are suitable for non-load-bearing connections or T-joints of conductors in power distribution systems. They serve as an ideal alternative to parallel-groove clamps and T-type clamps, and are installed using specialized tools for convenient and reliable installation.
The JXLD grounding clamp is used for voltage testing, temporary grounding, or multi-way tapping in power lines. It effectively prevents arc burns to conductors caused by temporary grounding and wear resulting from repeated connections.
The insulating cover is molded from rubber and is used in conjunction with the clamp to provide insulation and protection.
2. Structural Principle
The Anpu wire clamp features an oblique wedge mechanism consisting of a flexible C-shaped element and an inner wedge with oblique grooves on both sides.
The C-shaped element is made of a special aluminum alloy. When the inner wedge is pushed between the two conductors and locked in place, the spring action of the C-shaped element applies continuous pressure to the conductors, compensating for stress relaxation and thereby ensuring excellent electrical contact performance.
3. Performance and Features
The “locking mechanism” prevents loosening caused by self-vibration and resonance, ensuring connection reliability and enabling trouble-free, maintenance-free operation.
The contact surfaces are coated with an anti-oxidant conductive grease, which not only increases the contact area with the conductors but also prevents oxidation and corrosion of the contact surfaces.
The elastic action of the C-shaped element exerts constant pressure on the conductors, eliminating the effects of metal fatigue and thermal cycling.
Selecting the appropriate module for different conductors ensures optimal contact performance for the line clamp.
