All of the Morgan TCG Shop sold products are shipped through the Korean Postal Office.
There are three different shipping options, and have a little bit different arrival times than the standard listings that are available for selection on the eBay site.
Economy International Shipping for US customers is the Korean Postal Office’s K-Packet service which takes 7-14 business days to deliver to the US (from date of shipping, not date of order). The K-Packet service includes full tracking abilities, including a tracking number and tracking in the destination country.
Standard International Shipping for non-US customers is either the Korean Postal Office’s K-Packet service or Small Packet service depending on the destination, which both take 7-14 business days to deliver to most North American, Asian and European countries (from date of shipping, not date of order). The K-Packet service includes full tracking abilities, including a tracking number and tracking in the destination country, while the Small Packet service has more limited tracking abilities.
Expedited International Shipping for both US and non-US customers is the Korean Postal Office’s EMS service which takes 3-6 business days to deliver to most North American, Asian and European countries (from date of shipping, not date of order). Shipping to African and Middle Eastern countries can take much longer, so if you have any concerns, please contact me before placing an order. The EMS service includes full tracking abilities, including a tracking number and tracking in the destination country.
All that being said, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or postal delays beyond our control.
Customs & Import Fees:
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values.
US shipping prices are more expensive because we need to pay custom fees in advance when shipping.
Return/Refund Policy:
After arrival, if you are unhappy with the product and would like to return the item, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you could be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the item. Opened or tampered sealed products are not eligible for return or refund. Please be aware that in some cases, such as with limited product stocks, item replacement will not be possible.
A refund/replacement will only be available once the buyer has returned the item to us. All return costs are under the responsibility of the buyer.
