Description - Delightful antique 19th century solid silver-gilt slide action pencil holder of cylindrical form with a black enamel band a suspension loop, plus a wood pencil.

Fully hallmarked with leopards head for London assay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid silver, date letter "R"  for the year 1892 and the maker's mark "FE" which is Frederick Edmonds.

Condition - In excellent working condition, no dents, dints, splits.
