This is a set of two creative kokeshi dolls by Tomio Ishida (left) and Suigai Sato (right).

The Tomio Ishida doll bears the artist's signature on the bottom. The Suigai Sato doll is unsigned, but it has been identified based on comparison with other known works of the same design and style.

Condition
Both are vintage items.
They show significant age-related wear, including scratches, discoloration, and other signs of aging.
