This is a very pretty hand-painted 9 inch plate with double-handles, likely for use with cake and desserts. It has pink, peach and blush colored roses on a lusterware background of cream and peach. The scalloped border has a raised dot decoration on pale green lustreware. The mark on the back is for Leuchtenburg pottery in Germany. This was made circa 1910-1925. There is one area of some black spots which I’ve included in the photos. A little bit of shelf wear on the underside. Otherwise there are no chips or scratches. This is an elegant piece.
